Colville Examiner & Statesman-Examiner
NeWGS recently inherited a nearly complete
collection of the Colville Examiner and Statesman-Examiner
from 1908 to 1973 (some issues or pages missing) This newspaper has been
partially indexed by NeWGS and we are available to search for obits or news
items. Please send requests for lookups to
research@newgs.org.
Colville Examiner
Issues of the Colville Examiner may now be viewed on
microfilm at the Colville Public Library for 21 Mar 1908 through 30 April
1948. There is also an index to this newspaper available on microfilm for
1908 - 1920.

Branches
NeWGS invites members and non-members to submit
their queries via this website. NeWGS members may submit as many as
they would like and they will be published on a first-come-first-served
basis. Member's queries need not be Stevens County related.
Non-members may also submit queries but they must pertain to Stevens
County, and they will be published on a space available basis at no
charge. Go to our Query page
